Al Diaz Spiritual Internet Entrepreneur, Founder of Ilumine Ao

Al Diaz is an Internationally known authentic Speaker, Radio Host, Guide, and Author who inspired The Titus Concept & BEing the Titus Concept and Ilumine Ao.  This is a system that helps people attract that which they desire and require.  He is also a healer, qualified as a certified Massage Technician and Reiki II practitioner.  I came across Al on Facebook and was fascinated by his work and got in touch with him.  I was delighted when he agreed to an interview.  

Al is perhaps best known for the Titus Concept and so I asked him what it is and how it came about.

Al: Several years ago I decided to have a better understanding of how humanity and the universe co-existed. It basically came about due to that others seemed to be luckier than I at the time in regards to finances, relationships, and over all well being. The Titus Concept are simple but powerful steps with the premise that everything in our past, present, and future is for our best and highest good.

His message is to live through Love instead of fear and to function from your Heart instead of your ego and to kNow and trust beyond faith and hope.

2. Have you always been an entrepreneur, or did you become one over the years? How did you grow your business to the stage where you now have a global following and are able to reach and work with so many people?

Al: In some form or another I have been an entrepreneur with varied success. What has brought me great success now is building a relationship with my clientele and utilizing my experiences to connect with them.

Al has achieved this through his extensive use of social media, including Blog TalkRadio, the radio blog that anyone, anywhere can host a live, Internet Talk Radio show, simply by using a telephone and a computer. BlogTalkRadio has seamless integration with the major social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Ning, and has enabled Al to broadcast his message and conduct interviews.

3. You are obviously a deeply spiritual man, did becoming successful ever feel like a conflict to you?

This is a question that really interests me because there are many people who find it difficult to marry wealth creation with spirituality. I thought Al's answer to this was absolutely brilliant!

Al: Everything in the universe grows or moves forward. A star, an animal, plant life, even bacteria grows. It is us humans that have the free will to stagnate or move forward. To me evolving utilizing my God given gifts and BE successful is my destiny. That is how I bring value to this world…BEing the essence of the Creator of all creation.

4. I asked him about the connections between Ilumine Ao and The Titus Concept. Ilumine Ao is the name of Al's Radio Show and it has a very clear message and mission.

" TO HEAL, BLESS, AND EMPOWER AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE INCLUDING MY SELF, THAT TRIGGERS SHIFT AND CHANGE, ASCENSION THROUGH LOVE, NEWER, HIGHER, RAISED LEVELS OF AWARENESS, DISCOVER NEWER DIMENSIONS THAT REPRESENT LIBERATION, SHATTER WHAT NO LONGER SERVES US FOR OUR BEST AND HIGHEST GOOD, THE FREEING OF OUR HEART FOR OUR OWN PERSONAL GREATNESS, AWAKEN IN A GENTLE, LOVING AND CREATIVE WAY AS POSSIBLE, LOVE TOWARDS ALL AND SELF, AND KNOW WE ARE THE ESSENCE OF THE CREATOR OF ALL CREATION."

Al: Ilumine Ao came about more from my inner knowing than my thoughts. I had to go from living a life that was mastered by my ego which included my thoughts to living from a Heart based consciousness of inner knowing. Seeds that were planted there long ago. The Titus Concept was first before Ilumine Ao, it was the beginning to opening me up to what I had yet understood. In my book “BEing The Titus Concept” I combined Ho’oponopono and reclaiming the power of an experience to recreate in the moment that I use quite often.

5. Have you had challenges along the way, and if so, how have you overcome them?

This is something that I am very curious about and suspect is key to entrepreneurship. I loved his answer.

Al: In every moment in Life it is either a blessing or an opportunity, there is no 3rd option unless you decide there is. Every challenge, obstacle, hurdle, problem, difficulty or uncomfortable situation is a clever disguise for an opportunity. So do I have opportunities? Absolutely! As I indicated before we are here to evolve and the opportunities give us a chance to do so if we so decide, which I do.

6. Who have been your greatest influences and why?

Al: Jesus – Love (pure and simple)

My mom – the ability to see things that I didn’t understand

Dr. Wayne Dyer – his experiences and simple translations

Dr. Joe Vitale – charisma and salesmanship

7. What qualities do you think are most necessary for success as an entrepreneur?

Al: Listening, following, and functioning from the Heart, and Loving your Self unconditionally.

8. Finally, what advice would you give to anyone who is just starting on their journey as an entrepreneur?

Al: What are the gifts, strengths, talents that you were born with? (I’m not talking about what you have learned since birth) Whatever they are that is how you bring value to this world…that is what the universe will get behind you to support you. Because you were meant to share that value that is what makes you so special and unique. No one else can do what you do, this world requires your gifts, strengths, and talents.
